I would like you all to know that I got pulled over for the first time last night. (Well, the second time if you count the wave runner incident at Bear Lake where they thought I was an underage operator.) Illegal left turn into the right lane while I was turning onto 5th South from Main Street in Bountiful. No ticket, just a warning. I thought it was a really lame reason to get pulled over. But apparently, "drivers like me" cause thousands of accidents every year. Yep, I bet that's true.Be safe out there.
Oh, it's true. You should really watch your driving... ;)
ReplyDeleteSo glad to catch up a little on your summer activities . . . a little more fun than the ones from last summer, I might add. Although I bet you just can't get enough of those memories of studying for the Master's orals.
ReplyDeleteYou are a much better driver than me! I got pulled over driving to Sun Valley with my grandma and 5 kids in the car. The cop scolded me for driving so fast with 5 kids in the car. I was a notty mom!!! I am glad it was just warning for you. ;)
ReplyDeleteRenee, you're so right! This summer has been MUCH more fun than last. I'm glad we've got those Masters degrees. And even more glad that the work is behind us!
